I met six other gals this evening in the parking lot of the Black Diamond Bike Shop for a 2 hour fun mountain bike ride. We started our ride at 6:30 PM and returned to the parking lot at 8:22 PM. We rode on some sweet trails at Lake Sawyer. The woods were gorgeous. The setting evening sun streaming through the trees was surreal. We came upon an open field with shoulder high grass and daisies. I wish I had my camera because it would have been a great picture. The sort of picture you would see in a bicycling magazine or vacation bike trip brochure.
We did a little exploring and got lost but we found our way back and got 9 fun miles in!
